The Center for Professional
Development has a wide range of recruitment activities that are
all aimed at connecting companies with both undergraduate and
graduate talent pools. These activities include the Speakers
Bureau Series which only occur during the fall, company
Information Sessions,
Interview Sessions ,
Professional Skills
Modules which occur in both the fall and spring, and the MBA
Spring Career Fair.

MBA Recruitment
In an effort to
better target and promote our pool of MBA candidates, the CPD
will be conducting a series of additional MBA Relationship
Building activities and interviews. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays throughout the fall and spring semesters, companies
will have the opportunity to conduct information sessions
exclusively for MBA students. The sessions will begin at 8:00 pm
on these days.
On Thursday, October 30th through Saturday,
November 1st, the annual MBA Exclusive takes place involving a
Career Fair, Networking Receptions, Interviews and Workshops,
and a Case Competition. Participants are made up of Howard
University MBAs and invited MBAs from the consortium schools in
the Washington, DC area and beyond. In addition to this, your
company will be able to recruit MBA’s through the already
established recruitment program. Visit

The University wide Career Fair

conducted every year on the first Wednesday in October through the
